Representative Projects: Municipal :

 Contra Costa County Medical Center, Martinez, California – The project consists of a four-story steel-framed Ambulatory Care Facility at the Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center in Martinez, California. This facility replaces the existing wood-frame structure. The square footage of the planned facility is in the order of 50,000 square feet. Hultgren-Tillis Engineers performed geotechnical exploration, performed geotechnical engineering analysis and developed conclusions and recommendations.

Subsurface conditions encountered included fill, native clay deposits, and poorly indurated rock. An existing tunnel was removed at the footprint of the medical facility before construction.
