Integrated Chemical Manufacturing Complex, Pittsburg, California

Hultgren-Tillis Engineers has completed numerous projects at this 500-acre chemical manufacturing plant over numerous years under its master service contract.  The plant is the largest integrated chemical manufacturing complex of its kind on the west coast.  The projects have consisted of new process facilities, plant upgrades, power plants, electical distribution, tankage, locomotive inpection pit, ground stabilization,and marine bulkhead.
