Representative Projects: Commercial :

Hayward Jet Center, Hayward, California - A new Hangar and adjacent Fixed Base Operator building is proposed at the Hayward Jet Center.  The facility will consist of two structures, a 160 feet long by 100 feet wide Hangar building and a connecting Fixed Base Operator building, approximately 60 feet by 60 feet in plan.  The Hangar will be a pre-engineered metal building with long spans. 

The Fixed Base Operator building may be one or two stories.  Hultgren – Tillis Engineers performed site exploration and developed conclusion and recommendations regarding geotechnical aspects of the project.
