Commercial Development, Fairfield, California  - This project included three parcels developed in two phases.  The first phase consisted of two concrete tilt-up buildings with a footprint of about 40,000 square feet for each building.  The second phase included a single building with a footprint of about 190,000 square feet.  We undertook the geotechnical investigation and observation and testing during construction.
