Principal Edwin M. Hultgren Mr. Hultgren has 30 years of experience as a consulting geotechnical engineer. He has performed and directed investigations for a variety of civil projects, including dikes, levees, roads, and new and rehabilitated docks, harbors and bridges. He has provided geotechnical design criteria for a wide variety of manufacturing and process equipment, water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines and storage tanks. He has investigated numerous landslides and developed stabilization schemes. Mr. Hultgren is experienced in foundation design for high-rise buildings, shopping centers, and residential and commercial developments.

Principal R. Kevin Tillis Mr. Tillis has practiced geotechnical engineering in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20 years. His project experience includes dams and levees, marina development, landslide stabilization, residential housing, roads and bridges, power-generating stations, and commercial and institutional buildings. He has worked on a variety of dams and levees on soft soil sites, landslide prone areas, and soft rock sites.

Principal Chris P. Muller Mr. Muller has 25 years of engineering experience. His project experience includes process facilities and tankage for the petro/chemical industry; deep foundations, shoring and underpinning; and numerous hospitals, medical office buildings and universities.
